Participate in our mentorship program as a mentor, mentee or both. Our pairing algorithm makes suggestions. Our mentorship guidelines provide the framework. Mentors determine their availability and who they would like to mentor.

Join our recruitment database. All GBLOC members are encouraged to share aspects of their life beyond their job title. Employers accessing the database have an opportunity to source talent based on more than their past roles and work achievements.
Impact Project Paths
Developing or promoting an impact project? Find collaborators, sponsors and potential partners. Create a "registry of resources" needed to execute your vision. Use our custom project management tools to add a level of trust and accountability.
